Subsequently, we process the data in order to invoice our brokerage services with our contractual partners. For this purpose, we also receive copies of your correspondence with the hotel from the respective hotel when the contract is initiated and the contract is concluded, which we also process for billing purposes. The legal basis for such processing is Art. 6 (1) S. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest), whereby our legitimate interest is to invoice our services to the contractual partners.  Your data will then be deleted, unless you have consented to the further processing and use.

Collection and processing when using the form "Register your hotel"
When using this form, we collect the personal data provided by you for the initiation and implementation of the cooperation agreement. If you pay for our services via PayPal, the data required for payment processing will be transmitted to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) s. 1 lit. b DSGVO (performance of a contract/initiation of a contract).

Using Google reCAPTCHA
We use the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). on our website. The query is for the purpose of distinguishing whether the input is by a human or automated, machine processing.
